What I need to know about wedding and event childcare...
If you are having little guests at your wedding and you would like them to entertain at different points of your wedding for example the Ceremony, reception drinks, wedding breakfast, or during your evening entertainment when they get sleepy so parents can relax and let their hair down and fully enjoy the day -Then the answer is yes wedding childcare is perfect for you.
We offer different types of wedding childcare from a full wedding/event creche with several nannies to cover the number of children you have. We also offer one-to-one nannies for the morning as you get ready, and a wedding nanny/babysitter during the day and into the night.
We can cover any points of the wedding from the morning of for bridle or grooms party to get ready, the ceremony, the wedding breakfast to the evening entertainment or all day our minimum service is 4 hours.

We would provide nannies based on ratios set around the children’s needs. We provide a one-to-one for all babies up to 18 months and one-to-one for children who have SEN.

Most venues have very little space, even in a big space. If you are having a wedding or event between April and Oct we can provide a tepee tent.
Yes, we hold full insurance for both public and employers which we will share with the venue- our insurance also covers one-to-one sits for each staff.

You do not need to let us know the exact needs or ages of the little guest at the time of your booking as it may take you some time to collect these ( we send out a childcare form that you can give to each guest with little ones so they can give us the info directly. We just need a rough idea of the number and ages so we can work out the ratios for you to provide a quote so for example.
x 3 babies under 18 months
x 4 3-year-olds
x 5 over five years old etc
Yes we can travel as far as you need us to we also travel abroad for many events.
Some parents can be anxious about leaving their pride and joy if they have never left them with anyone before. However, 9 times out of 10 once their little one is playing for a while they are super happy and parents feel at ease, for babies up to 18 months we provide a one-to-one nanny. If any little ones become unsettled we will come and grab the parents.
Yes, your wedding childcare provider needs to provide insurance and ideally carry out a risk assessment ( we do both, We will take care of all of the that for you so you can relax and let us take care of everything )
All staff holds up-to-date DBS Checks, and childcare qualifications ranging from 3 levels to teacher status degrees. All staff also take part in our in-house training which gives them the extra edge. All of our staff are happy, kind, and love kids. Our staff can dance, face paint, sing, be silly, and most importantly love having fun fun fun so your little ones will have lots of new best buddies by the end of the day!
